Many thanks for your email and invoice, which will be settled by the club promptly.  I wished to thank you both personally for the attention and service I have received from you.  It is never easy putting on an event for the first time but you have both helped enormously, thank you.

I think I can say the 114 people that attended the Summer Party had a really good time, and despite some wet and windy weather the marquee kept us all warm and dry, and a good time was had by all.

Many people commented on the look of the marquee and in particular the starlight ceiling was a big success.  I am sure we will wish to book that again.

1. I heard about you through the production sound team Octopia and they suggested you would be the best for our May Day event.  I also heard a lot of praise during Trades Union Council meetings on the great service you had provided for private functions.

Following our wedding which took place on 24th April 2011, we would just like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in the erecting and organising of the marquee from the planning stages right the way through to dismantling it after the event.  We had a fabulous day and the feedback from the guests was that they thought the marquee look stunning.

The planing stage was very clear and the quotation easy to understand as well as being adaptable to suit our needs for our ever changing and increasing guest list.

We were reassured that due to previous visits to the site where our reception was being held we were in safe hands both with the size of marquee which was suitable for the level area and also the placement of the toilets etc.
